NHS Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking to recruit a self motivated, enthusiastic and flexible Programme officer with strong knowledge of mental health to join the Service Delivery directorate.
You will play an important role working within the mental heatlh team to support the review and redesign of care pathways relating to Mental Health. You will play a key role in supporting various transformational projects linked to the mental health five year forward view and you will help ensure that Dorset meets the national Mental Health access standards. You will have knowledge about mental health, mental health services and have a proven record of delivering against agreed outcomes. You will be supported to develop strong influencing and negotiation skills. You will be flexible in your approach to ensure delivery of competing priorities. Excellent communication skills are essential along with an ability to develop positive relationships across a range of levels and with competing stakeholders.
If you are successful, you will join the third largest Clinical Commissioning Group in England which is keen to develop, grow and make a real difference to healthcare locally. We have a great reputation which we intend to build on by closely working with our clinical community. We are looking for the right person to join our ambitious team and create a strong legacy for our organisation, to ultimately benefit the population of Dorset. This position can be based at either Canford House in Poole or Vespasian House in Dorchester with regular travel across Dorset to meet with our partners and other CCG collegaues.
