Can you quickly build strong relationships to drive forward transformational change in a fast paced environment? We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to join us on an 18 month fixed term contract working across health and social care to implement significant change projects as part of the Sustainability and Transformation Plan. This is an exciting post, jointly funded by the CCG and Dorset County Council that will focus upon the implementation of transformation projects within the West of Dorset. You will be pivotal in ensuring projects are planned, co-ordinated and their benefits are clearly defined. You will play a key role in driving forward project implementations at pace, working with colleagues from multiple organisations to ensure any barriers to progress are swiftly overcome. A true team player, you will enjoy the challenge of adapting your approach to ensure projects remain on track. In order to be successful in this position, you will need to be resilient and have the ability to easily flex your approach in a changing environment. We are looking for candidates with strong project management skills utilised in large scale transformation programmes, preferably with a formal project management qualification. Prior knowledge and experience of working in health and social care would be a distinct advantage for this position. This jointly funded position is based at Vespasian House in Dorchester although the successful candidate will be expected to work across sites within the West of Dorset. Due to the nature of the role, there is a requirement to travel and to be able to flex hours for attendance at evening meetings.
