Following an extensive refurbishment and building extension Martin’s Bar and Restaurant at Highlands End Holiday Park require a full-time Chef to join our team, which will involve the preparation of meals for both holiday visitors and the local community.
This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated individual to help develop our Bar and Restaurant at a very exciting time. We have refurbished the kitchen with the latest equipment and following the modernisation of the building we wish to expand our offering. We envisage this will enable us to adapt to a changing holiday and local market.
Shifts include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as well as Afternoon tea being served. Function and conferencing will also be part of the role.
We are open all year except Christmas and New Year – we close 23rd December and reopen on 2nd January giving the holiday season off.
We are looking for someone to get involved in our food offering, function menus and specials while using your experience and skills to develop our unique Bar and Restaurant and at the same time enjoy the team work and development of a busy kitchen team.
The advantage of longer hours at peak times means that additional time off can be considered in the winter months (January and early February).
